1.及时收集和整理业务相关监管规则、自律要求，根据法律法规及监管规则等制订业务条线制度，并协助所辖部门及业务条线细化完善相关制度；
2.根据监管规则梳理和总结所在岗位操作要点，通过完善和实施上述内容，检验业务流程执行环节存在的风险点，并提出改进建议；
3.对对口条线员工在工作开展过程中的合规咨询给予解答；
4.对业务制度、合同协议、对外宣传报送资料、内外部自查报告等内容的审查全面、有效；
5.协助合规管理部对平台金融部的新产品、新业务以及重大决策等进行合规审查；
6.协助平台金融部开展合规风险监测工作，关注监管及行业动态，跟踪条线业务运行情况，识别可能存在的合规风险；
岗位要求：
1.本科以上学历，要求法律、经济学、金融学等相关专业，具有扎实的法律、金融证券知识，对证券监管政策法规和各类证券业务有全面了解。
2.有证券从业资格，具有证券公司或相关金融机构的风险管理工作经验者优先；
3.熟悉经纪业务合规工作、了解经纪业务法律法规，具有分支机构及营销人员的合规管理经验，熟悉网络金融、金融科技、新媒体传播形式者优先。
