2. 通过Wind等金融数据接口，完成数据提取、清洗与特征工程，掌握python金融时间序列数据处理方法；
3. 基于量化实验室进行量化因子、量化策略、量化模型的挖掘研究，跟随带教进行任务开发/仿真测试/生产上线;
4. 文献研究，跟踪前沿学术论文（如基于概率的机器学习模型、量化模型），梳理并归集市场上前沿的量化投研文章。
5. 跟随带教进行用于特征标签生成的AI提示词工程的探索研究
5. 学习和理解权益投资的基本面逻辑，基于研究需求进行需求分析，并形成需求逻辑文档。
任职要求:
1. 大四或研二，金融工程、计算机、数学、统计学、物理等理工科专业；
2. 熟练掌握Python，有良好的代码规范习惯；
3. 具备良好的沟通能力、具备快速学习能力和自我驱动力；
4. 有开源项目经验，量化公募私募实习经验，高中数学竞赛、大学生数据建模获奖者优先；
5. 掌握特征工程、回归建模基础，有使用wind接口或者终端经验者优先；
6. 具备良好的概率统计基础，有良好科研经验，熟悉HMM模型/EM算法者优先；
