3、提炼核心创意概念，输出创意简报（Creative Brief），指导创意团队产出，把控执行质量与策略一致性；
4、对文案、设计、视频、线下体验等多元内容形式具备判断力，能给出建设性反馈；
5、参与新业务比稿，主导或协同完成提案方案的策略板块；
6、作为策略侧对接人参与客户沟通，清晰传递策略逻辑，管理客户预期，捕捉隐性需求转化为策略机会。

二、岗位要求：
1、独立完成品牌整合营销战役的策略方案，输出具有竞争力的big idea，主导完成方案撰写；
2、具有符合市场动态发展的洞察力，并带有好玩的网感思维；
3、提炼核心创意概念，输出创意简报（Creative Brief），指导创意团队产出，把控执行质量与策略一致性；
4、对文案、设计、视频、线下体验等多元内容形式具备判断力，能给出建设性反馈；
5、沟通能力强，提案能力优秀且具有感染力与说服力；
6、有线上与线下case的执行统筹能力；
7、35岁以内，3-5年广告公司或品牌方整合营销策划经验，快消、日化、生活方式类客户服务经验。
