5、监控和管理合同相应商务过程，应收款管理，负责区域的销售库存管理；
6、支持所有公司组织的销售及市场营销活动；
7、关键重要项目的开发及战略合作协议签署；
8、团队及人才梯队建设，执行优胜略汰制度；
9、定期组织部门季度、月度及周会，并制定中短期工作计划；
10、完成上级下达的临时性紧急重要事项。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，10年以上太阳能电池组件相关销售及团队管理经验；
2、英语流利，需要作为工作语言；
3、学习能力强，具有良好的沟通和组织协调能力，有强烈的责任感和成功意识；
4、商务谈判及会计基础能力，法务条款及司法解读能力，沟通协调能力；
5、思维缜密，市场精准分析能力，强大的抗压能力；
6、接受出差。
