1.大学本科及以上学历，计算机及软件相关专业，五年开发工作经验；
2.熟练掌握 Java 开发语言，并对 Java 源码的部分功能实现机制有一定的了解；
3.熟练数据库开发(Oracle、PG、MySql其中两种)，并可独立完成部署及数据库优化工作；
4.精通 Java 语言运行机制，并根据项目运行情况，进行系统优化，包括：GC、性能、代码 review 等；
5.具有良好的编程习惯和规范；
6.熟练掌握 SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Dubbo等生态体系的框架进行开发，熟悉微服务的业务开发（或其他开源框架实现原理）；
7.熟悉 Shell、Python 脚本编写；
8.精通掌握 Netty、Mina 等开源网络通讯框架，并熟悉MQTT物联网协议，能够根据业务，完成功能开发；
9.具备独立完成系统架构的设计能力，能够独立完成系统架构设计工作；
10.有比较好的面向对象设计和编程理念，有较好的设计功底，掌握部分设计模式。
岗位职责
1、根据需求说明书设计软件系统架构、数据库、网络结构，编写概要、详细设计说明书；
2、根据详细设计说明书开发后端服务代码及单元测试代码，并对代码模块进行单元测试；
3、搭建软件系统运行环境，并对软件系统进行联调测试；
4、参加公司组织的技术培训，提高业务技术能力；参加项目各阶段的讨论会；
5、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
