3. 兼具Sourcing与SQE背景，熟悉供应商评审、成本分析(BOM/工艺工时核价)、谈判；
4. 系统性思维强，具备团队培养与目标管理能力；
5. 有汽车零部件/液压/工程机械行业优质供应商资源者优先。
