岗位职责
本公司极其重视合规
1、每日核实、统计后台系统抓取的潜在问题；
2、审核策划文案、推广物料等；
3、日常合规留痕检查，发现问题及时预警，给出合理、合规化建议；
4、熟悉公司内控制度，沟通协调公司内部的合规工作，不定期组织合规培训；
5、客户投诉及员工违规、违纪调查处理；
6、领导交代其他工作；

任职要求
1、有两年以上私募、基金、券商、投顾、投教、资产管理机构的合规风控岗从业经验；
2、大专及以上学历，具备证券从业资格证优先，金融、法学专业优先，有律师从业经验优先；
3、熟悉中国证券市场相关法律法规，掌握金融、证券行业业务知识，了解广告法，具备综合业务审查能力；
4、踏实、稳重、坐得住，具有较强的责任心和团队合作精神；
5、具备较强的工作主动性、原则性，能及时发现问题并有举一反三的风险发现意识；
6、具备较好的沟通能力和文案功底；
7、要有较全面的合规经验，后期，会转成团队合规负责人，一人负责整个（或多个）团队的合规事宜，拥有极高的生杀大权，同时，根据负责团队的体量，增加不同的绩效考核。
