2、提升零售终端营运管理能力，化提升销售业绩和效益，制定直营终端管理标准，包括商品运营管理、门店装修陈列、营运服务标准、培训标准等。
3、负责对市场进行调研和分析，了解消费者需求，市场趋势，为公司制定品牌市场营销策略提供依据；
4、负责拓宽和管理多种销售渠道，确保销售渠道的覆盖范围和销售业绩达到预期目标，同时提供渠道支持和培训，保持与销售合作伙伴的良好合作关系；
5、负责组建、培训和管理市场、销售团队成员，指导和激励团队实现销售目标。同时提供员工发展机会和指导，提高团队的绩效和专业能力
岗位要求:
1、市场营销、管理类或相关专业，大专或以上学历，年龄35-40岁左右；
2、大型品牌服饰行业相关零售管理经验5年以上，具备全国管理能力;
3、了解零售运营业务，实操能力强，有一定的培训和指挥能力;
4、熟悉现场管理，良好营运管理能力，沟通技巧和谈判能力，必须有较强品牌意识;
5、具备较强的内部运营管理体系搭建及标准化运作能力;
6、有敏锐的市场意识、应变能力、较强的数据分析能力；
