岗位职责：
1. 制定并落地技术战略，主导智慧医院、慢病管理、药学监护、科研等业务的技术架构与AI产品化路径
2. 主导AI中台建设，带领团队构建医疗多模态大模型，完成预训练、微调、RLHF、知识增强等全链路落地，推动AI在公司各业务场景中的深入应用
3. 负责医疗级数据治理，建立采集-质控-标准化-共享与合规全生命周期管理
4. 管理年度技术预算，通过云资源弹性调度、信创替代等实现成本降低，同时建立技术安全体系，保障PB级医疗数据安全
5. 打造技术品牌：牵头*/省部级课题，建立产学研联合实验室
任职资格：
1. 计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，博士优先
2. 10年以上技术研发经验，其中5年以上互联网医疗或大健康行业CTO/技术VP岗位
3. 精通高并发分布式架构（Spring Cloud/K8s/Istio），熟悉云原生、大数据、实时计算、DevOps、AIOps。
4. 深入理解AI算法（大模型、NLP/CV、多模态、知识图谱）及主流框架，主导过至少1款医疗AI产品0-1落地
5. 熟悉医疗数据标准（如ICD-10/11、SNOMED、OMOP、CDSIC）与数据合规要求
6. 具备顶级会议/期刊论文或发明专利者优先
