岗位职责：
1、负责项目管理工作，对项目进行全面的质量控制与进度管理，确保所有试验严格按照方案、SOP及相关法律法规进行；
2、负责制定项目管理计划，在项目进行中逐渐明细与完善并督促执行；
3、负责项目执行过程中人员的协调，日常工作指导，培训，项目疑难问题的及时沟通解决；
4、负责对项目支出进行管理控制，使其符合预算的要求；
5、负责维护申办方、研究者及CRO的客情关系，保持良好沟通合作关系，确保项目顺利进行；
6、及时处理项目实施过程中出现的问题和应急突发事件；
7、协助总监及商务部，寻求新项目合作及业务客户拓展，审核报价及相关合同文件；
8、完成部门总监安排的其他工作
任职要求：
１、本科以上学历，临床、护理、医药相关专业背景；
2、具有3年以上临床项目管理经验，接受过规范GCP、SOP培训，有SMO/CRC-PM工作经验者，有眼科项目管理经验者优先；
3、有良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力，具备服务意识及客户为中心的潜能；
4、愿意在临床协调领域(SMO)进行长期职业发展；熟练使用Word, Excel, PPT等办公软件。
