5、负责系统运行情况巡检监控，输出巡检报告；
6、负责系统调优，安全加固和漏洞修复;
7、负责运维问题分析以及bug修复。

学历及工作年限要求：
1、全日制大专或以上学历，学信网可查；
2、毕业时间和软件开发经验年限二者*少需满足5年。

技能要求：
1、5年以上后端开发经验，有智能体（Agent）开发经验者优先，熟悉 Coze、Dify 等开发平台者优先；
2、掌握Java或者python开发语言,熟悉JVM、多线程原理；
3、熟练使用开源框架和组件，如Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等进行开发。
4、熟练使用常用的中间件，如redis、kafka、rabbitMQ等；
5、熟悉主流的数据库Oracle、MySQL；
6、熟悉容器化部署技术；
7、了解设计模式；
8、熟悉本项目相关的商业套件
9、能独立处理和解决前后端分离开发相关问题，具有良好的编码习惯，注重代码的复用，关心代码的可读性、可维护性和健壮性；
10、有项目优化工作经验优先，如服务优化、数据优化等；
11、对系统问题有一定分析和处理能力，有责任心。
