1、负责营销中心人力资源工作具体落地执行；协助营销分管领导做好HRBP各项业务工作。
2、为营销中心提供关键人才，协助分管领导推动核心骨干的领导力发展，建立并实施关键岗位的人才培养。
3、定期进行人力资源分析，为营销中心的组织效能、人才梯队和人力成本优化方面提供决策依据。
4、日常绩效和薪酬管理的落地执行。
5、其他日常HRBP事务工作。
