岗位核心目标：负责设备数据面和控制面安全，完善SSH/TLS/MACsec等各种加密算法，保障产品安全合规交付
岗位职责：
1、负责SSH/TLS协议栈的维护与安全加固（如算法优先级配置、证书管理），以及SSH在设备控制面加密
2、研究和评估国产/国际加密算法（如SM2/SM3/SM4、AES、RSA、ECDSA）在嵌入式环境下的性能与安全性，完成算法库的集成与优化；
3、负责MACsec协议（802.1AE）及MKA（802.1X-2010）的开发与维护，完成交换芯片加密引擎的适配
4、配合安全合规要求，完成FIPS、CC、国密等认证所需的加密模块功能开发和文档编写。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，信息安全/密码学/通信/计算机相关专业，5年以上嵌入式安全或加密相关开发经验；
2、精通C语言，熟悉嵌入式环境下的内存管理、操作系统概念等；
3、熟悉对称/非对称加密算法（AES、RSA、ECC、SHA等），能解释加密模式（如GCM、CBC）的区别与适用场景；
4、了解SSL/TLS协议栈（如OpenSSL、mbedTLS、wolfSSL）的集成与配置，熟悉SSH协议（RFC 4251）；
5、乐于沟通，责任心强。
