1.负责ERP项目的策划、方案编写及实施，能独立完成ERP项目的实施工作；
2.组织协调大型项目全程管理工作，实施过程中对重要大项目提供实施指导、项目进程推动、实施监理等工作；
3.按照标准的辅导流程来对企业用户提供顾问咨询服务工作；
4.负责依据行业和管理经验以及ERP产品的特点将客户需求在系统中实现出来；
5.总结客户行业需求和痛点整理并设计行业特殊应用和方案；
6.负责为企业提供管理、决策、市场、预测等领域的咨询服务，帮助企业进行运营相关方面的管理咨询，IT应用产品方面的技术咨询服务；
7.培训团队新人。
职位要求：
1.大学本科以上学历，计算机、财经等相关专业，有良好的英文水平，英语口语流利者优先；有PMP或相关项目管理类证书者优先；
2.熟悉相关模块的业务流程，5年以上ERP软件项目实施经验；
3.2年以上项目管理经验，有在企业参与大型ERP项目规划实施和项目管理经验者优先；
4.优秀的学习能力和沟通表达能力，清晰的思路和分析判断能力，工作主动性强，创新，具有良好的团队合作精神，能够承受较强的压力；
5.为人正直、诚信，有较强的事业心，对工作认真负责，能够承担一定工作压力。
具备技能：
1.理解云计算，并熟悉ERP软件的各个模块；
2.思维清晰敏捷，逻辑分析能力强;
3.积极创新，善于学习；
4.具有分析、解决应用问题的能力；
5.良好的语言与书面表达能力，能与客户C-Level管理层进行有效沟通；
6.优秀的领导能力和项目推动能力，能够带领团队完成大型项目，对团队成员进行相关培训和评价。
