-Responsible as controller incl.customer service in Changchun plant.
-Daily Customer&service management incl.sales price approval,customers materials IDH apply,customers master data maintaintence, salesder release billing,reconcilation with customers monthly ,convey meet customers requirement maximally.
-Overall coordinatfSAP work/process flow find resolutions fthe questions occuring during SAP implementation.
-Check/supervise SAP standard cost,activity price,cost center, profit center timely aligned with Henkel standard which covers AO function& Business function.
-Coordinate to prepare annual KP monitit to be implemented,Inc.NES, volume,headcount,expense-Line 3/Line 10/Line11/Line13/Line16,CE,Purchase cost saving etc.
-Take other special work as company required.
-Accuracy of reports.
Qualifications：
1.Bachelabove degree in Financing similar majors, MBA preferred.
2.Well-understanding in accounting,costing,financing,production management, quality control purchasing.
3.Good insight on internal control
4.Good team-work spirit influencing skills with personal integrity keen responsibility
5.Good interpersonal leadership skills
6.Good perspective judgment ability to focus on the global issues.
7.Good learning/ self-management & motivation skills
