岗位职责：
1、负责治、夹具制作、优化改进，维持生产正常运行；
2、负责新开发/导入治具的效果跟进和问题点反馈及精益改善项目新采购进的工具、治具进行签收；
3、负责厂内产线治具设计制作评估，改良；
4、负责改善项目所需工治具制作申请、仪器设备申请相关表单的审核及制作协调安排；
5、负责配合PE、生产组长组进行治工具的开发及推行；
6、相关图纸、资料的修改及审核。
7、负责上级指示工作：完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
一、基本要求：
大专以上学历，3年以上机电维修工作经验，懂变压器制作的基本流程；
二、知识：
1、熟悉产品制作流程，工艺，各工站，技术操作方法与规范；熟悉相关制工夹具，仪器设备安装与使用；熟悉相关仪器设备的操作方法
2、熟练操作电脑进行办公； 3、熟悉ISO9001:2015、ISO14001:2015、ISO45001:2018、QC080000:2017、IATF16949:2016等体系；
4、具有规划能力：对新机种治、夹具设计制作具有超前规划开发能力，有较强的逻辑思维能够在短时间内解决突发事件；方案能力：能针对不同的问题场景拟订出多套不同的解决方案；沟通能力：加强部门建设，搞好部门团结、协作，使工作顺利开展；专业能力：对现有生产设备机构、治具进行分析，提出工艺改善方案；组织生产改善提案的收集、评审、推动落实。
