5、熟悉机械类材料特性，进行机械类材料设计造型，并了解自动化元件的造型，使用，包括气动元件，各种传感器（如位移传感器、光电传感器等）变频器、伺服和步进电机；
6、个人素质良好，良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作能力，工作细致认真，责任心强；

岗位职责：
1、负责公司整机研发和研发技改、非标流水线设计等（五金纺织类设备）。
2、负责公司现有设备的优化改造。
