2. 现场安全管控：组织日常安全巡检、专项检查及综合检查，查处“三违”行为，跟踪隐患整改闭环；监督特种作业（动火、受限空间等）审批及风险措施落实，管理重大危险源。
3. 环保与职业健康：监控废水、废气、固废排放达标，组织环境因素识别与污染防治；管理职业健康防护，组织职业病危害因素检测及员工体检，监督劳保用品使用。
4. 培训与应急管理：制定年度安全环保培训计划，组织新员工入职培训、应急演练及专项活动；主导应急预案编制、评审及备案，提升突发事件响应能力。
5. 对外协调与合规：对接应急管理局、环保局等政府部门，完成安全/环评手续、合规检查及整改；处理环保投诉及突发事件，维护政府关系。
6. 事故与档案管理：牵头事故调查，分析原因并制定预防措施，管理安全环保台账及数据统计。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化工工艺或相关专业。
2、3-5年化工、制造或危废行业安环管理经验，熟悉EHS法律法规及标准。
3、熟练操作办公软件，具备台账管理、报告撰写能力。
4、持有注册安全工程师证书者优先。
