岗位职责:
1. 负责商品的跟踪研究，分析商品价格趋势，把握商品期货投资机会，撰写相关研究报告，为商品CTA投资经理提供有价值的投资建议；
2. 熟悉商品CTA策略，能够随市场变化开发新的CTA趋势策略、截面策略和配对策略；
3. CTA策略自动化交易执行的系统开发；
4. 研究商品期权的量化模型；
5. 跟踪商品数据，搭建研究数据库及研究模型；
6. 完成公司或领导交办的其它工作。
任职要求:
1. 证券从业资格、基金从业资格；
2. 国内、外重点大学毕业，财会、金融、经济、管理、计算机等相关专业硕士及以上学历，复合背景优先，英语熟练者优先；
3. 具备行业前十证券资管业务或其他头部资管企业的同类工作经验不低于2年；；
4. 熟练掌握Python、Matlab、C++等至少一门编程语言；
5. 工作积极主动、学习能力强、认真细致，具有良好的抗压能力、执行能力及团队合作意识，具有清晰的逻辑判断能力和敏锐的市场反应能力。
