岗位职责:
1.建立和完善固定收益客需业务的合规管理制度和流程，包括销售交易、做市服务、产品、投顾等业务的合规操作规范和管理标准；
2.对客需业务全流程进行合规审查，包括业务开展前的合规性评估、业务流程中的合规检查；
3..建立和完善反洗钱、适当性评估的内控制度和流程，对客户进行身份识别和尽职调查，核实客户身份信息；
4.跟踪与部门业务相关的法律法规、监管政策的变化，及时更新合规管理要求，组织开展合规培训，确保员工了解和掌握*新合规要求；
5.对各类各类合同、协议进行法律审查，包括做市协议、产品合同、投资顾问服务协议等，审查合同的合法性、合规性和完整性，提出法律风险提示和修改建议；
6.处理客需业务中的合规风险事件和投诉，进行调查取证和责任认定，提出整改建议和处理意见，并跟踪整改落实情况；
7.参与客需业务创新项目的合规评估，从法律角度提出合规性意见和风险防范建议，确保创新业务合法合规；
8. 完成领导交办的其它工作。
任职要求:
1.金融、经济、法律相关专业硕士及以上学历，3 年以上金融行业法律合规相关工作经验，熟悉固收、投顾业务相关法律法规、监管政策与合规管理要求，有销售交易业务管理经验或者投资顾问管理经验、英语优秀者优先；
2.具备一定的法律专业知识，尤其是金融法、合同法等领域的知识，具备良好的法律分析能力和风险识别能力；
3.具备较强的文字表达能力和沟通协调能力；
4.工作严谨、责任心强，具备良好的职业道德和团队合作精神。
