3）有3年及以上Java项目开发经验，熟悉项目开发流程，编写技术文档（如系统设计文档、业务流程图等），能与开发、测试、运维团队高效协作，清晰表达技术方案；
4）能够独立负责核心功能模块的系统设计、数据库设计、代码开发/优化、线上运维；
5）有独立解决问题的能力（如接口超时、慢sql等、内存溢出），能根据日志、用户反馈的问题等定位/解决问题；
6）良好的代码编写规范，包/类/方法设计等遵循阿里巴巴Java规约；
