岗位职责：
1、负责全公司安全、环保、职业卫生管理工作，落实公司EHS工作的有效运行，确保符合国家、地方及行业相关法律法规要求。
2、负责编制、修订公司安全、环保、职业卫生管理体系，制定年度EHS培训计划，开展全员培训，并督促落实执行。
3、负责编制公司安全风险分级管控和隐患排查治理机制，识别公司危险源、风险、隐患并组织分级管理，并督促整改。
4、统筹环保设备的合规性管理，主导“三废”（废水、废气、固废）合规处置，优化节能减排方案，降低环境足迹。
5、主导职业健康管理，建立职业健康监测体系（如化学品暴露、粉尘防护、噪声控制），定期组织员工体检及作业环境检测。落实劳动防护用品的配备与使用监督。
6、对接政府监管部门（环保局、应急管理局等），确保安评、职评、环评、排污许可等资质合法有效。
7、处理EHS相关政府检查、客户审计及公众沟通，维护企业声誉。
8、负责营造EHS管理氛围，推动EHS文化建设，组织开展安全演练等；
9、完成上级安排的其它相关事务。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，制药或化工专业背景优先；
2、3年以上制药行业EHS工作经验；
3、熟悉国家相关的EHS标准和法规，国家注册安全工程师或同等证书资格优先；
4、熟练掌握原料药生产企业安全风险、环境风险。
5、具备较强的责任心及原则性；良好的沟通和跨部门协调能力。
