岗位职责：
1.体系与制度建设：建立并完善公司安全生产标准化及双重预防机制，制定安全规章制度和应急预案。
2.专项安全管理：重点负责粉尘防爆（喷涂/打磨等涉粉工段）和危废合规（暂存间管理、台账及转移联单）的日常监管。
3.综合监管：统筹消防设施点检维护、环保设施运行监督，并对接政府应急、环保、职业卫生、消防部门的检查。
4.培训与事故处理：组织员工安全培训与演练，主导工伤及未遂事故的调查、分析与整改闭环。
任职要求：
1.硬性门槛：本科及以上学历，持有注册安全工程师证书。
2.经验背景： 5年以上制造业安全环保管理经验，必须有粉尘防爆或危废管理的实战经历。
3.能力要求：熟悉安全、环保、消防相关法律法规；能独立带队迎检；具备隐患排查和应急处理能力
