岗位职责：
1、负责系统的后端开发和维护工作，包括数据库设计和优化、接口开发和调试、业务逻辑功能实现等，保证代码的质量、可读性、可维护性和可扩展；
2、根据产品需求，配合产品经理和架构师完成系统的分析、设计、技术文档撰写；
3、负责系统的性能优化和调优工作，保证系统的高性能和高可用性；
4、参与系统的部署和上线工作，保证系统的稳定运行；
5、配合测试人员进行系统测试工作，修复测试中发现的问题；
6、参与团队的技术分享和培训，提升团队的整体技术水平，参与团队技术难题的攻关和解决，提供技术支持和指导。

任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业；
2、精通 Java 语言及相关的开发框架，具备扎实的编程基础和良好的编码习惯；
3、精通常用的后端开发技术，如 Spring、Spring Boot、SpringCloud、MyBatis等，熟悉分布式系统、微服务架构等相关概念和技术；
4、具备良好的数据库设计和优化经验，熟悉 MySQL、Oracle 等关系型数据库和 NoSQL 数据库的使用；
5、熟悉常用的 Web 开发技术，如 HTML、CSS、JavaScript 等，了解前端开发流程和常用的前端框架；
6、具备良好的系统设计和分析能力，能够根据需求进行系统设计和实现；
7、良好的学习能力、团队合作精神、分析判断能力、沟通协调能力，能适应一定程度的工作压力。
