5、及时掌握原厂、竞对及产业趋势、动态，结合产品线，提出建议，制定有效行动。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、至少3-5年相关工作经验；熟悉功率半导体器件，特别是中小功率分立器件；
3、有工业类，新能源客户市场推广经验优先考虑；有IFX、ON、ST、CREE推广经验的优先；
4、熟悉华南地区客户；担任过PM工作，能与原厂顺畅沟通
5、具备良好的英语读写能力；
6、沟通能力强；学习能力强；善于思考；良好的理解与分析能力；
7、能接受工作出差；
