2.有效发掘招聘、培训、绩效等需求，为销售部门提供优化，转正，晋升等相关支持；
3.贯彻人力资源各项制度在业务部门的落地执行，提高人效产出；
4.深入业务实践，诊断和发现问题，实现有效沟通，提出改善方案；
5.能按时完成总部下发的关于HR系统调整，人员奖金核算，绩效考核，任职管理等。
任职要求:
1.了解人力资源各模块工作，熟悉国家相关的人力资源政策、法律法规；
2.擅长招聘，员工关系管理等工作内容，具备出色的沟通协调及执行能力；
3.HRBP或人事主管工作经历5-10年，有过支持超过40人销售团队的经验，有toB行业经验优先；
4.本科以上学历，有较强的执行力。
