1、对到现场物资进行严格货值核对与质量验收，建立验收档案；跟进物资售后服务，处理质量问题及退换货事宜，保障项目物资使用需求；
2、监督印尼员工开展区域地采工作，制定地采标准与流程，核查采购物资的数量、质量及价格，确保地采活动合规高效；
3、积极开发印尼当地优质供应商，建立供应商资源库；定期评估供应商表现，优化合作关系，保障物资供应稳定、成本可控；
4、对印尼员工、供应商及国内团队保持密切沟通，妥善处理因文化差异产生的采购问题，推动采购工作顺利开展。
任职要求：
1、物流管理相关专业，专科以上学历；
2、2 年以上采购工作经验，有跨国采购经验者优先，熟悉物资采购流程及相关法规；
3、具备良好的物资验收专业知识，能够准确判断物资质量与价值，熟悉售后服务流程；
4、有较强的现场管理与监督能力，可有效指导、监督印尼员工开展地采工作；
5、印尼语能够作为工作语言；
6、具备优秀的谈判能力、供应商管理能力及问题解决能力，能适应海外出差及现场工作环境。
