【岗位职责】
1. 负责SAP FICO模块上线后的日常运维工作，保障系统稳定运行；
2. 收集业务部门系统需求，进行需求分析与整合，设计系统解决方案；
3. 根据方案完成系统配置、测试，编写程序开发说明书（ABAP），推动开发并完成测试验证；
4. 负责COPC生产成本和ML物料分类账功能的管理，在FICO模块中进行配置、维护和优化；
5. 参与接口集成设计，确保系统间数据顺畅流动，解决集成过程中的技术问题；
6. 负责后勤前端模块（SD、PP、MM）的业务集成，包括需求分析、系统配置和测试，确保各模块协调一致；
7. 协助团队开展用户培训和技术支持，解答FICO及相关模块的功能问题；
8. 与各部门紧密协作，理解业务需求并提供系统解决方案，推动业务流程优化。
【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机或财务相关专业；
2. 3年以上SAP ERP系统实施与运维经验，有甲方工厂工作经验优先；
3. 精通CO模块（独立负责过CO模块的配置与运维）；
4. 熟悉FI模块，了解COPC生产成本和ML物料分类账；
5. 英语CET-4及以上，能阅读英文技术文档。
加分项：
- 熟悉SD、PP、MM等后勤模块的业务集成；
- 有ABAP开发经验或能编写开发说明书；
- 有S/4 HANA迁移或升级项目经验；
- 了解制造业（销售、计划、物控、采购、生产、财务、品质）业务流程。
