二. 分析与技术支持
1.协助进行简单的产品DFM（模具可行性）分析。
2.在指导下，操作Moldflow软件进行基础注塑流动仿真，并学习解读分析结果。
3.协助收集、整理试模问题点及测量数据。
三. 项目与流程跟进
1.协助跟进模具加工进度，沟通日常进度信息。
2.参与试模准备工作，记录试模参数与问题。
3.完成上级工程师安排的图纸校对、资料整理等辅助性工作。

任职要求：
1.中专及以上学历，模具设计、机械制造或相关专业背景。
2.两年以上精密注塑模具独立设计经验，熟悉模具制造全流程。
3.熟练使用操作UG及AutoCAD软件，有相关课程或项目经验。
4.了解模具基本结构（如模架、顶出、冷却系统）和注塑成型原理。
5.会使用Office办公软件进行数据记录和报告编写。
6.具备良好的学习意愿与主动性，乐于接受指导。
7.工作认真细致，有责任心，能保质保量完成交代的任务。
8.具备基础的沟通能力和团队协作意识。
