岗位职责Job Responsibilities：
1.参与项目立项，组织评审项目输入信息的完整性及有效性；
Participate in project initiation,ganize assessment of the completeness availability of project input (handover).
2.定义项目目标和范围，成立项目团队分解工作任务，制定项目计划，明确及协调项目资源；
Define project objective scope, build up project team to conduct WBS, complete project plan, define coordinate project resources.
3.监控项目计划的实施情况，有效识别并重点管控里程碑及关键路径任务的实施；
Monitthe implementation of project plan, effectivity identify critical path, focus on milestone critical path tasks implementation.
4.控制项目成本在预算范围内；
Control project cost under budget.
5.以客户为导向控制项目交付物的质量；
Control the quality of deliverables with the sense of customeriented.
6.管控项目变更，确保立项后的项目变更经过符合程序相应等级的评估及审批，监控变更的实施；
Control project change, ensure project changes go through the right level of assessment approval, monitchange implementation.
7.负责项目风险的识别、评估及管控；
Responsible fproject risk identification, assessment control.
8.主导和协调项目团队突破项目过程中的瓶颈，以达成项目目标；
Lead coordinate the project team to breakthrough the bottlenecks to achieve the project objective.
9.定期汇报项目情况，负责组织项目决策委员会在项目关键节点审批项目；
Report project status regularly to management, responsible forganizing PSC meeting to approval project at key milestone.
10.负责项目的交付并持续监控项目收益一年，负责项目收尾总结及对项目团队各成员进行绩效考评；

11.完成直接上级交办的其他相关工作任务。

任职要求Job Requirements：
1.大专及以上学历，3年以上同等规模企业项目管理经验，项目管理及其他管理类专业；
College degree above, with more than three years of project management experience in companies of a similar scale; background in Project Management other management-related disciplines.
2.具备专业项目管理知识和技能，PMP持证者优先；
Project management knowledge skill, PMP certified prefered.
3.熟悉消费电子类产品常见工艺流程及相关认证要求；
Familiar with regular technological process certification requirement.
4.具备优秀的沟通技巧；
Excellent communication skill.
5.英语听说读写流利，能独立与国外产品经理及相关技术团队顺畅沟通；
Excellent English, western culture understanding.
