4. 精通 Redis 集群部署、缓存策略及分布式锁，具备分布式系统开发经验。
5. 熟练使用 Linux 系统运维与 SQL 性能调优，具备海量数据（TB 级）处理与优化实战经验。
6. 具备系统架构设计、代码评审与跨团队协作能力，主导过高可靠、低延迟系统的完整落地。
