1. 负责休闲食品品牌达人渠道业务，抖音、小红书、快手等平台达人开发、谈判、合作落地，搭建达人矩阵，对达人渠道 GMV 负责。
2. 挖掘匹配零食赛道达人：头部、中腰部、垂类美食达人、探店、素人，筛选适配品牌的达人资源，商务对接，洽谈坑位费、佣金、置换合作。
3. 制定达人合作策略：纯佣、佣金 + 坑位费、置换、专场直播、短视频挂车，把控合作成本与投产，评估达人 ROI。
4. 达人全周期跟进：对接需求、寄样、脚本审核、排期跟进、上线复盘，跟进数据，维护达人关系，沉淀优质达人资源池。
5. 竞品达人调研，分析竞品达人玩法，拓展新渠道新达人类型；配合大促制定达人整体投放方案。
6. 管理 BD 团队，拆解达人开发、合作上线、GMV 目标，搭建达人合作 SOP，复盘达人投产，优化合作模型。
7. 协同直播、短视频团队：达人专场直播对接，达人种草素材复用，联动内部账号互相引流。
任职要求
1. 3 年以上电商达人 BD 主管经验，食品零食快消行业优先，带过 BD 团队。
2. 熟悉抖音小红书达人生态，有美食零食达人资源优先；精通商务谈判，熟悉坑位费、佣金、置换各类合作模式。
3. 结果导向，关注达人渠道 GMV、ROI 投产，不只追求达人数量。
4. 优秀商务沟通能力，资源整合，抗压，能拆解团队目标。
5. 具备数据分析能力，能够评估达人质量，淘汰低效达人，放大高产出达人。
6. 有达人渠道成功案例，简历可附上过往合作渠道成果。
