OPM岗位职责：
1. 从项目/产品ramp up阶段主导新产品的产能爬坡计划，提升生产效率，降低制造成本；
2. 主导量产项目/产品的制程/生产高不良问题的封闭；
3. 主导量产后项目/产品的二供导入、ECN更改；
4. 主导量产后产品生产场地的转移，重大问题的解决；
5. 根据客户产品需求信息，完成Pre-EOL到EOL-Plan的规划和执行；
6. 协助NPI PM收集ramp up/量产阶段的生产数据；
7. 项目资料的整理和归档，其它Operation 领导临时派发的任务。
岗位要求：
1. 统招大专及以上学历，3年以上EMS制造业工作背景，英语可作为工作语言；
2. 大客户项目管理经验优先，比如Apple，Google，Amazon，Harman等，具备耳机/音响/喇叭项目背景；
3. 责任心强、心理素质好，能够承受较大工作压力；
4. 诚恳、踏实、谨慎细致，对工作充满热情，较强的学习能力，良好的沟通和逻辑思维能力。
