4、具备良好的技术素养，具备技术架构设计能力；擅长系统分析与设计；熟练掌握UML；理解常用设计模式；
5、熟练运用Mysql、Oracle、SQL Server、DB2四个数据库中的至少1个，并能够熟练进行数据库的配置、维护、性能优化；
6、有良好的文档撰写能力，有良好的沟通、协调能力；
