工作职责：
1. 基于用户行为分析和竞品研究的服务优化策略制定及方案提出；
2. 用户指标及收益指标追踪与增长战略制定；
3. 游戏平衡性调整及玩家体验优化；
4. 现有内容分析及改进、新内容策划及探索：主要涉及武器、角色、技能、PVP模式、系统等各类策划工作（不含关卡设计相关策划）。

职位要求:
1. 3年以上游戏策划经验；
2. 具备游戏趋势分析及市场洞察力；
3. 具备数据逻辑思维能力；
4. 拥有FPS、ACT、MOBA类游戏的角色、技能、武器相关策划经验。

加分项:
1. 喜爱以PvP为核心的FPS或动作类游戏；
