岗位职责：
1、根据公司发展战略目标及年度经营规划,按财务中心统一规范编制营销经营预算,管控预算执行情况；
2、及时、准确、有效完成营销经营分析，组织营销经营分析会，从公司整体角度进行风险识别和防范；
3、严格授信额度管理，及时跟催应收账款，严格执行应收账款管理制度，防止应收出现呆账、坏账；
4、加强业务BP支持，同时坚持原则红线，支持业务决策与良性发展；
5、梳理规范销售财务流程，及时制定、完善和落实销售财务管理制度；
6、参与业务利润与价格管理,包括:定价、调价等价格方案;并提供价格建议、审核落地方案；
7、完成财务中心交办的其它事务。
岗位要求：
1、3年以上大型企业财务管理经历，其中一年以上食品生产或销售行业财务经理工作经验者优先
2、有扎实的财务实践功底和管理能力，有一定的财务团队管理经验
3、有优秀的营销财务BP工作经验，能深入了解业务模式和特征，主动解决问题
4、熟悉财务管理法规制度和税务政策，具备比较全面的财务管理知识
5、熟悉全面预算的编制和预算管控
6、有良好的财务分析能力和数据敏感度，能抓住问题核心举一反三，风险管控意识强
7、优秀的沟通协调能力和解决问题能力,工作细致、严谨,并具有战略前瞻性思维。
