任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，1-3年及以上数据开发相关工作经验；
2、熟练掌握Python编程语言，具备扎实的数据分析、数据结构基础，能独立完成复杂数据处理任务；
3、了解大数据技术栈，不限于Hadoop、Spark、Hive、Flink、doris，具备大数据场景下的数据对接、处理经验；
4、了解数据仓库设计规范，具备ETL流程设计与优化能力，熟悉SQL优化技巧；
5、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、问题排查能力和沟通协作能力，能快速响应业务需求；
6、有互联网、商业地产等行业大数据项目经验加分，有AI赋能大数据处理流程经验加分。
