2、设备部人员管理方面：负责部门内标准、制度、流程和SOP的修订以及持续改进和持续更新，负责部门内的绩效考核；负责组织本部门人员技能培训；负责设备部组织架构与人才梯队的架设与完善；负责设备部日常工作的管理，满足公司的正常生产运营，持续提高设备管理水平和技术革新水平。
3、安全管理：制定并完善工厂安全管理制度；定期组织各部门岗位安全培训；负责全厂设备安全、人身安全、消防安全；负责全厂安全考核；负责特种设备及特种设备操作人员的管理。
岗位要求：
1. 教育背景：自动化或相关专业，大专及以上学历；
2. 技能要求：电工、制冷、自动化控制、设备管理；
3. 工作经验：五年以上设备一线操作经验，3年以上设备部门管理经验；
4. 知识技能：熟悉工业企业5S管理，设备成本管理，人员绩效管理，安全管理；
