职责一：加工职责
1.本岗位负责公司数控加工中心设备的操作，必要时进行手工编程；
2.按照工单和作业指导书要求进行夹具安装，零件装夹和校正，零件加工，确保生产的零件符合图纸及工单要求；
3.熟练使用各种量检具，比如内外径千分尺，对刀仪和电子水平仪等；
4.能够理解图纸及作业指导书要求并遵守执行，完成相应的文件记录；
5.熟悉常用刀具的种类、型号、规格、性能及维护保养；
6.对加工过程中的任何安全和质量问题或隐患，及时向主管反馈并提出自己的建议；
7.协助技术部门解决质量问题、并提出改进方案；
8.负责现场设备的日常点检并做好记录，确保设备的正常运行；
9.负责工作区域内6S工作，随时保持工作区域的干净整洁；
10.服从安全生产及其他EHS规章制度；
职责二：其他
1.负责本职岗位的设备、刀具、计量器具等维护保养；
2.严格按照设备操作规程操作，做好文明生产，安全生产；
3.三班倒；
4.完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1.中专及以上学历，数控加工类相关专业
2.有数控加工中级工及以上资格证书
3.一年以上加工中心工作经验，有龙门加工中心、卧加或平面磨床操作经验者优先
4.熟悉金属切削工艺、熟悉法那克或西门子840D等数控操作系统
5.品行端正，责任心强，有团队合作精神和良好的职业素养；具有良好的分析能力，人际协调能力、团队合作能力
