【岗位职责】
1. 执行和服从维修经理和其他上级或授权人的工作指令和工作分配，完成工作任务。
2. 负责指定区域的生产设备安装调试，日常维护保养和维修，确保工厂设备高效、安全、正常运行。
3. 在保证设备正常运行下，持续节省和降低维修成本。
4. 严格管理和控制负责区域设备零配件的采购、库存、使用。
5. 执行负责区域的 5S 和 TPM(全员生产保全),积极推行和开展设备的持续改良。
6. 大力开展负责区域设备维护人员的技能培训和拓展。
7. 对维修班组的工作进行管理、培训与指导，并做好相关的记录。
8. 完成上级交办的其他任务。
【任职要求】
1. 大专及以上学历，机械工程、机电一体化等相关专业。
2. 具有四年以上从事大型快消制造业、制药、汽车制造等相关行业设备维修和设备管理工作经验，至少三年以上团队管理工作经验。
3. 熟悉工厂相关设备工作原理和维护及维修。
4. 具备良好的沟通和协调、分析和解决问题能力，及团队领导能力。
5. 熟悉 MS-OFFICE, Auto CAD 软件操作。
6. 能读懂设备英文说明书，能进行简单的口语沟通。
