实验室测试工程师主要负责产品设计验证测试、研发技术指标验证、性能和可靠性验证，测试报告和数据分析，提出合理的参考建议。
岗位职责
1, 负责分析客户要求、产品规格及测试标准, 制定详细的测试计划，估算测试排期.
2, 负责测试搭建布置，根据测试计划进行电气、机械、环境类测试搭建，包括电路布置及设备调试。或委托外部供应商协助完成测试任务。
3, 对测试数据分析及试验失效分析，并编写测试报告。
4, 参与指定项目的跨职能团队会议，提出相关测试主题的解决方案，以解决项目活动中的问题。
5, 指导技术员开展日常测试工作。持续对实验室改善
岗位要求
专业要求：电子工程、机电自动化相关专业，本科学历。
3年以上工作经验
熟悉汽车电子测试标准，电气开关安规标准，有从事研发测试、可靠性测试
第三方实验室工作经验者优先

英语水平良好，善于沟通合作

About the Job
Responsible fanalyzing customer requirements, specifications, and/product testing standards, developing new product testing plans, estimating the duration of the testing plan. (30%)
Responsible ftesting setup layout, conducting electrical, mechanical, environmental testing setup according to the testing plan, including circuit layout equipment debugging. entrust external suppliers to assist in completing test tasks. (20%)
Analyze test data test failure, write test reports. (20%)
Participate in cross functional team meetings fdesignated projects, propose solutions to relevant testing topics to address issues in project activities. (10%)
Guide technicians to carry out daily testing work. Continuously improving the laboratory(10%)
About You
Education: Bachelors university degree in Engineering
Experience: More than 3 years of experience
Familiar with automotive electronic testing standards, electrical switch safety standards, with experience in research development testing, reliability testing
Experience with third-party laboratory work preferred
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills
Good English proficiency, skilled in communication cooperation
