7、优化系统性能，提升服务稳定性和可用性，遵循代码规范，编写单元测试，确保代码质量。
任职资格：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，熟练掌握JAVA语言，熟悉JVM原理、多线程并发编程、数据结构等，能够定位并解决线上故障；
2、熟悉主流的JAVA框架，如Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Mybatis等。熟悉微服务架构，了解分布式系统的设计与实现；
3、熟悉分布式技术栈及其实现原理，如ES、Netty、Dubbo、分布式锁、分布式事务等，熟悉关系型数据库MySQL、Oracle和NoSQL等的原理和设计，并有相关应用开发经验，熟悉常用的中间件和系统设计模式；
4、了解Jenkins等CI/CD工具，熟悉Docker容器化部署，熟练使用Git等版本控制工具；
5、熟悉分布式系统、微服务、云原生技术，参与过高并发、高可用性系统的设计与实现；
6、具有PLM，BOM相关系统开发设计工作经验，对汽车行业具有热情；
