3、熟悉JavaScript、HTML、CSS、XML等网络编程语言，熟练应用AJAX开发,能熟练使用YUI、 jQuery，Rootools，Prototype;等开源框架，掌握当前主流浏览器的兼容性问题;熟练掌握web开发相关技术，如： HTML , CSS , JS , Linux , Apache, Nginx , Lighttpd等；
4、熟悉Linux环境下常用服务的配置，能熟练搭建PHP/MySql系统集群，掌握CVS,SVN工具的使用，掌握网站访问速度的各种优化方案；
5、具有很好的代码编写能力和良好的代码编程习惯,拥有良好的代码习惯和文档编写习惯，要求结构清晰，命名规范，逻辑性强，代码冗余率低。具有较强的逻辑思维能力和创造性思维能力，具备较强的程序调试能力与程序故障分析能力；
6、对工作有极高的热情，踏实、勤奋；具有创造力、活力, 认真细致，有耐心，责任心强,性格积极乐观，诚信,能承受较大压力和快节奏工作方式；较强的团队协作能力、沟通协调能力,具备强烈的进取心、求知欲。
