岗位技能要求：
1.2年以上Java开发经验，精通Java核心(JVM原理、多线程、集合、IO/NIO等)。
2.熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud微服务框架，有分布式系统设计经验(如分布式锁、事务、缓存一致性等)。
3.熟悉RabbitMQ消息队列、Redis缓存及MYSQL/MongoDB/Elasticsearch等数据库的优化与调优。
4.熟悉RESTful API设计，了解OAuth2、JWT等认证授权机制。
5.熟练使用Git、Maven/Gradle，了解CI/CD流程（如Jenkins、Docker）。 6.了解分布式系统设计原则，有良好的代码编写习惯。
7.良好的沟通能力，有责任心，有自驱力，乐于合作。
8.本科学历以上，计算机、通信、软件工程相关专业优先。
