【岗位职责描述】

1、从项目立项策划开始，参与定义项目质量目标、KPI（如 PPM、CPK、良率、可靠性）。
2、协助技术部门识别设计/过程质量风险，制定/提出预防措施。参与制定和评审控制计划（Control Plan）、检验标准（SIP）、测试方案，明确各阶段质量要求。
3、审核图纸、BOM、技术规范，确保可制造、可检验、可追溯。
4、协助技术部门设计评审、样件评审，向技术部门提出质量改进建议，从源头规避缺陷。
5、审核各工序的检验标准与作业指导书（SOP/SIP）。
6、评审铝合金压铸件新产品的检测设备、工装、量具，确保满足测试与检验需求，管理校准与维护。
7、对接客户质量部门的相关要求，推动内部实施；需要转化为内部标准的，协调技术部门修改相应的技术文件；
8、跟踪样件/小批的生产过程、检验测试、收集质量数据及过程中的问题点；分析失效，推动设计优化。
9、主导NPD 阶段所有质量问题（设计、来料、制程、测试）的收集、分析与解决。建立问题跟踪清单，明确责任人、整改计划、验证节点，闭环管理。
10、参与PPAP（生产件批准程序）全流程，负责品管部相关文件的制定和审核；并对*终PPAP文件包进行评审。
11、负责新产品过程审核，并对审核问题推动相关部门改善
12、参与量产前客户的PPAP审核，对审核问题点推动改善，直至闭环。
13、评估量产，从质量角度判断是否具备量产条件，风险上报与决策支持。量产初期质量爬坡：监控过程能力（CPK）、不良率，持续优化直到稳定达标。
14、负责NPD过程中，客户端投诉处理及改善跟进。
15、其它-上级交办的其他任务。

任职资格：
1、中专以上学历，机械相关专业，25-45岁，机加工或铝合金压铸行业品质管理经验三年以上；
2、良好的沟通协调和团队合作能力，有一定的抗压能力；
3、能适应短期出差；
