技术难题攻克：积极解决开发过程中遇到的技术难题，通过研究新技术、查阅资料、团队协作等方式，提出有效的解决方案。对系统出现的故障进行快速排查与修复，保障业务的连续性。
系统集成与测试：负责与前端团队及其他相关系统进行集成，确保数据交互顺畅。参与系统的单元测试、集成测试与性能测试，编写测试用例，发现并解决潜在问题，提升系统质量。
技术研究与创新：关注行业技术发展趋势，积极引入新技术、新框架，提升团队技术水平，为公司技术选型提供参考依据。
要求：
- 6年以上金融银行等IT领域实际开发经验
- 6年以上Java开发经验，且有在注重性能的并发环境中工作的经历
- 具备扎实的Java核心设计与开发技能，深入理解现代JVM（Java虚拟机）
- 有Hazelcast、Apache Ignite等缓存框架使用经验者优先
- 熟悉主流SQL及非SQL数据库者优先
- 了解开源解决方案及前沿技术，尤其在搜索和大数据管理领域
- 有函数式编程语言（如Haskell）开发经验者优先考虑
-英语读写熟练简单开口沟通，流利沟通加分
具备以下要求优先
- 扎实的Java核心技能，深入理解现代JVM
- 有Hazelcast、Apache Ignite等大型缓存框架使用经验者优先
- 了解开源解决方案及前沿技术，尤其在搜索和大数据管理领域
- 精通JavaScript（ES6）、React.js、Redux、HTML5、CSS3、SASS
