职责描述：
1、根据项目需求，完成功能设计方案，功能开发；
2、开发核心代码，构建底层框架及服务；
3、指导开发团队编程，控制代码质量，并进行代码走查和纠错；
4、负责维护系统稳定运行，及时修复BUG，不断优化改善系统。
任职要求：
1、要求5年以上J2EE开发经验，有架构设计经验优先；
2、扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉常用的设计模式；
3、熟练掌握springCloud/pringboot/SpringMVC/MyBatis/等主流JAVA框架，熟悉restful api设计思想及熟悉技术框架，熟悉nginx、apache、tomcat部署，熟练处理解析Json、XML、Excel等结构数据；
4、熟悉MySQL数据库或其他开源数据库，有复杂SQL、数据库调优的经验，有复杂存储过程经验、数据库集群搭建经验优先；
5、有良好的组件级建模能力，熟悉NoSQL Redis、Memcache、MongoDB；
6、熟练使用Maven、SVN、CVS、Git；
7、熟悉主流Web前端技术，如html5、jsp、javascript、jquery、bootstrap、AngularJS等；
8、具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，热衷于技术，善于知识分享，密切关注开源社区技术动态；
9、具有大型网站工作经验和团队管理经验者优先；
10、可以适应出差。
