工作职责：
（1）需求管理：收集、跟踪运维需求，审核过程文档、交付材料，记录需求台账。
（2）发布管理：制定发布计划，明确发布范围、时间窗口、参与人员职责等，审核发布申请材料；协调服务器、数据库、应用等各方，推进发布实施工作；在发布完成后，协调相关方确认发布结果，如有需要，及时组织开展回滚操作。
（3）质量控制：制定服务质量标准和控制计划，开展工作过程及结果监控，定期开展工作总结并制定改进措施。
（4）风险管理：监控识别项目风险，制定调整应对策略，协调内外部资源处置项目风险。
（5）项目评审：协助运维处室审核项目立项、设计、上线、验收等环节的评审材料，并反馈修改意见。
（6）文档管理：完成运维相关项目文档编写、收集、存储、检索、分发、使用、维护、销毁等工作。
任职要求：
（1）计算机相关专业本科及以上；
（2）具备PMP、高项、ITSS等资格证书者优先；
（3）熟悉运维行业的业务场景和运维规范；
（4）3年以上项目管理相关工作经验，具有技术方案撰写能力，参与过具体的运维保障工作优先。
工作地点：
本岗位为第三方派遣至首都信息，根据项目需求，派驻通州城市副中心或国贸CBD。
