岗位职责:
1. 执行现场的日常巡查与监督工作，确保各项操作持续符合质量管理体系要求；
2. 对关键的生产过程实施监控和确认，确保操作规范、数据真实完整并具备可追溯性；
3. 跟踪不合格品的原因分析、纠正后的预防措施、处理进度和有效性评价；
4. 及时识别、上报生产现场的各类异常情况，监督纠正后的预防措施与有效实施情况；
5. 参与风险评估与异常初步调查工作，协助制定并落实生产现场相应的风险控制措施；
6. 做好质检部与生产部之间的纽带，及时传递相关信息；
7. 完成领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、统招大专及以上学历，35岁以下，化学、生物制药、食品、环境等相关专业；
2、具有2年以上同岗位相关工作经验，熟悉生产现场管理要求和规范；
3、具备一定的沟通能力和协调能力，及时完成部门间信息的传递；
4、严谨细致，责任心强，能较快掌握岗位所需的知识。
