6、成本控制：监控项目预算，优化资源分配，提供运算效率
1、5年以上临床研究行业经验，其中至少3年独立管理全球多中心临床试验项目（CRO或申办方背景优先）
2、熟悉临床试验全流程，有IIT、RWS经验者优先
技能要求：
1、精通GCP、ICH及国内外临床试验法规
2、出色的项目管理能力（PMP认证优先）
3、优秀的英语读写及口语能力（需对接国际项目）
4、熟悉使用CTMS、EDC等临床研究工作
